

Boxing Skills
This class has a focus on developing and building your boxing fundamentals, including punching technique, footwork and defensive skills.
We use a variety of bag work, individual and partner work drills in these sessions so that you have the opportunity to apply and refine your boxing skills.
CLASSES
CoMPETITION TRAINING
Competition training is specific for those who are preparing to step in the ring for amateur and professional bouts.
These sessions go through intensive drills, higher volumes of sparring and pad work and spend more time educating you on competition rules and requirements.
These classes are invitation only and we recommend starting in the boxing skills initially if your goal is to join the competition training/box competitively.

If you've ever stopped by the gym you're likely to have met Coach Billy. Billy is a qualified boxing coach and fitness trainer. He has a brilliant sense of humour and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Billy offers 1 to 1 training sessions, for boxing skills (all levels), pad work, self defence and fitness (boxing specific and general).
