Boxing Skills
This class has a focus on developing and building your skills in the key areas of boxing such as punching technique, footwork and defense.
We use a variety of bag work, individual and partner work drills in these sessions so that you have the opportunity to apply and refine your boxing skills.
CLASSES
Kids Boxing Skills
Kids boxing is for ages 6 to 12.
The kids classes are designed to tech the boxing foundations with a strong focus on basics such as correct stance, punching technique, footwork and movement

These classes aim to develop self confidence and self discipline alongside boxing and self defence skills, all while having fun in an inclusive environment.
Strength & Conditioning
These sessions are designed to develop the strength and cardio required in the ring.
You'll be put through a diverse range of workouts, from strength circuits, endurance based bag work, co-ordination exercises and plyometrics.

In these classes you have the option to work at your own pace, whether you're easing into working out again or want to push past your limits under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
CoMPETITION TRAINING
Competition training is specific for those who are preparing to step in the ring.
We go through intensive drills, higher volumes of sparring and spend more time educating you on competition rules and requirements.
These classes are invitation only and we recommend starting in the boxing skills initially if your goal is to join the competition training/box competitively.

If you've ever stopped by the gym you're likely to have met Coach Billy. Billy is a qualified boxing coach and fitness trainer. He has a brilliant sense of humour and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Billy offers 1 to 1 training sessions, for boxing skills (all levels), pad work, self defence and fitness (boxing specific and general).
